The 25th year of the WZYP Bridal Fair is
bringing another huge event in January at the North Hall of the Von Braun Center in Huntsville. The Bridal
Fair is a great opportunity for anyone in the bridal industry—or any
business that targets women or new families.
This event can give your business the opportunity to present your
product and services to thousands of potential customers. Last year,
over 2,500 people attended the Bridal Fair, including over 700
registered brides!
Each bride who attends must fill out a detailed 39-question survey
about the planning of their wedding. These questions include whether
the bride has made arrangements for flowers, invitations,
photographer, receptions facility, honeymoon and much more. Vendors
who participate in the Bridal Fair receive all this information,
plus all contact information of the bride and groom, including
mailing address, phone number and e-mail address.
Of the more than 700 brides from last year:
- 72 percent needed a photographer
- 76 percent needed a florist
- 75 percent needed invitations
- 74 percent needed a caterer
- 82 percent need formal wear
- 83 percent needed to arrange for
music/dj
- 91 percent needed a videographer
- 83 percent needed to arrange for a
rehearsal dinner
